Mobile heat container and heat trailers
Replacement heating in the event of a failure or renovation of a boiler room, heat pump or heating substation is quite a popular system for securing the heating system in our region. Especially in winter and autumn, in many regions of Europe, heating is a basic need, so it is not surprising that providing heat energy is a key factor in the functioning of households, companies, municipal buildings, businesses and farms. Mobile heat containers and heat trailers can be placed directly on the construction site as a replacement heat source to ensure heating of buildings, barracks, camps or even mass events.
What replacement or temporary heating can be used during a failure?
In the event of a failure of the heating plant, boiler room or heat pump, we must quickly start replacement heating. Such a temporary heat source, which seems to be an ideal solution for every building, is an oil boiler using heating oil or diesel. These are widely available fuels with stable parameters, and the oil boilers themselves are characterized by stable, failure-free operation in all conditions.
Can a mobile container heat any building?
Mobile stoves in containers or trailers are independent heat sources, in practice they can work independently because they have their own chimney and heating circuit. Therefore, they can power the installations of virtually any building, provided that the supply and return pipes of the heating system are routed and the electrical installation is connected to the trailer parking place.
The power range from 40 kW to even 600 kW enables the heating of single-family, multi-family and large buildings. The heating trailer can temporarily replace heating from a gas, biomass or pellet boiler room. Also replace the heating center during renovation or network heating failure. If the heating system does not provide heat, e.g. a heat pump during severe frosts, a mobile boiler room can be installed as an auxiliary heating device. Just as it can be a supporting heat source for process heat, e.g. for starting a biogas plant.
Central heating trailers and container-built heating boilers can be powered not only by heating oil and diesel. We also have units powered by electricity, i.e. mobile electric furnaces and units heated with biomass, e.g. pellets or wood chips. We can build container boiler rooms according to the customer's design for virtually any type of fuel, including gas or heat pumps. Importantly, modular container boiler rooms can be connected in cascades to create higher power units, e.g. to power large factories, housing estates and even cities or districts.
Mobile heat containers and trailers can be purchased or rented from us
Mobile boiler rooms and heating trailers can be purchased from us according to a standard design, ordered to meet the needs of your own project or simply rented. We provide short- and long-term rental of mobile boiler rooms in containers and on trailers. The rental can be for a day, a week, a month or for the entire heating season. We cooperate with heating operators, construction companies, developers and government agencies in the comprehensive supply of heat.
Central heating boilers on trailers and container buildings can be put into operation practically the same day after delivery. It is a quick-to-install heat source which, in the case of heating oil, only needs to be refueled once every few weeks. In the case of larger capacities and container boiler rooms, we can provide enlarged fuel stores in independent containers or external fuel tanks of up to 8,000 liters. This system extends the operating autonomy of the mobile heating system without the need to refuel it. Additionally, our devices can be equipped with a remote fuel tank level and a WIFI module - monitoring and controlling the system via a smartphone or computer.
