Solid fuel boiler type Futura CWD with 2 chambers - bottom one with burner to burn granulated fuel and upper one with grate for soild fuel manual loading fuel is new model of CWD boiler and became very popular becouse his versality and multi fuel combustion possibility.
Heat exchanger with pipe built in structure and special burner allow for fluent biomass and coal combustion with power modulation.
Multi fuel boiler type Futura dual is equiped with additional chamber with water or cast iron grate - where we can burn wood or coal in manual loading system. Our boiler's structure is welded steel standing boiler with 2 independent chambers : bottom one with burner to burn granulated fuel in automatic mode and upper one with cast iron or water cooled grate to burn all kind of solid fuel in manual mode.
Heat exchanger of the boiler is profesionally welded and check in high pressure. Burner is made from cast iron parts to prolong his operation life. Boiler is equiped with advanced controller which employs advanced technology and is capable of controlling the combustion process for boilers and pellet furnaces, as well as other biomass burning equipment.
The new generation microprocessor regulator provides the user with:

FUEL |
With "eco" coal burner:
They can be used coals with low or medium coking capacity, such as the type 31 is not recommended for coal type 33 (coking) and type 34 (hard coking). Also the use of other fuels such as, for example, lignite is prohibited.
Each type of coal used should have a granularity of 8-25 mm.
Max fuel humidity – up to 10%
With pellet burner:
Wood pellet 6-8mm cross section , length 5-30mm, ash content max. 2%. The maximum moisture content of pellets should not exceed more then 10%. The calorific value of the pellets should be greater than 17,5 MJ/kg. Pellets made in accordance with Standard: • ÖNORM (M7135) or DIN-Norm (DIN-Norm 51 731). • Cross section: 6-8 mm, length: 5–30 mm • Max. Ash content 2% • Calorific value > 17,5 MJ/kg

Coal burner |
Solid fuel burner with auger a new generation solution which allows the use of a wide variety of fuels in the form of free-flowing granulate from 0 - 32mm . The fuel is coal in the essential 0 - 32mm granulation (from fines to peas ) . Mix of the peas and fines should not exceed 50 %. The design of the burner nozzle and the new use of a new fuel supply method allows to obtain high efficiency of the entire system. For the construction of the tray is used cast iron and the screw is made of cast iron also. This improves resistance to corrosion, giving you a longer life . This is of great importance in the use of fines , which does not occur in the dry state (remember that the coal contains sulfur that moisture accelerates the corrosion processes ) . The use of iron reduces the volume of the feeder and has less tendency to transmit vibrations to the other parts of the boiler. Cast iron is insensitive to deformations caused by temperature , which is important in the case of the worm , which the reduction of the fuel in the furnace becomes hot.
